Our standards

We do not allow content or conduct that violates these standards, regardless of how it is described by the user.

Reporting concerns

If you see content or behavior on MyAleef that may violate these standards, you can report it through the in-app reporting tools.

Users can report profiles, messages, images, and other content or behavior that may violate these standards.

You may also contact us at support@myaleef.com and include relevant details such as the account involved, the content or chat reference, and the time of the incident. Do not copy, upload, or forward illegal images. Please describe the concern instead.

How we handle reports

We take child safety reports seriously and treat them as a priority.

When we receive a report, we may review the relevant account, content, messages, images, or other activity and take appropriate action, including:

Legal compliance

Where required by applicable law, MyAleef has a process to report confirmed CSAM to the competent authorities in the relevant jurisdiction and may use recognized reporting channels where appropriate.

We also cooperate with law enforcement when legally required and when provided with valid legal process, subject to applicable law and our policies.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the police immediately. Do not rely only on an in-app report in an emergency.
